A seminar about cleaner production in the regional waste management plans was organised for companies of the North Bohemia region. Apart from 25 companies, several representatives of regional authorities took part in the seminar.
The participants were introduced with the regional waste management plan, preventive approaches and cleaner production programme. The discussion was directed towards legal requirements of the Waste Act, the regional waste management plan as well as environmental management systems and cleaner production.
Centre for Innovation and Development is prepared to organised similar seminar for other regions as well as provide individual consultancy services for companies interested in CP/waste management projects.
