PRODESTS

The aim of the PRODESTS project is to establish a market-oriented methodology to support participation of SMEs in integrated research projects financed by the European Union.

PRODESTS is realised within the 6^th Framework Programme -Economic and Technological Inteligence priority.

Activities within the project include:

- establishing a database of existing and emerging environmental technologies

- creating a virtual market place where SMEs searching a suitable environmental technology can meet its producers and vice versa.

- mapping and linking of existing regional and local initiatives focusing on support to the use of envi. technologies by SMEs.

- defining barriers for SME participation in European research and development projects and looking for ways how to overcome them

- participation in the network facilitating transfer and dissemination of knowledge about envi. technologies
